As our Production Manager, Lynn has a positive influence on both people and projects by utilizing her effective leadership and guidance skills on every project that she is apart of. This position has given her the opportunity to pass along over 30 years of industry experience, making her become a crucial mentor to the team. Having earned her BA in Economics, a Diploma in Architectural Technology, LEED AP certification, and her Emerging Leaders Certification, Lynn has developed the skills to excel in her position to guide projects from production through to construction. Her favorite FAAS project has been Lighthouse, a 10-storey multiuse structure with a beautiful view of the ocean located in Victoria, BC. Lynn's favorite aspect of FAAS is its people, as the culture has fostered a place that makes coming into work joyful—especially on days when we manage to get some dogs in the office. Outside of FAAS, Lynn loves spending time in nature, engaging in activities like hiking, camping, drawing, painting, photography, reading, and traveling - if she could, she would gladly spend all her time outdoors whenever possible.
