Makenzie is one of our Junior Designers at FAAS, where he helps create creative and innovative designs for the urban landscape. Makenzie has an Architecture Technologies Diploma, a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design (BEDs), and a Masters in Architecture, which has provided him with all the necessary skills for contributing to the collaborative culture at FAAS. He is also a proud member of the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) as an Intern. His favorite project he has worked on at FAAS, is the 10-storey, 27 unit development in Cambell River, BC. Makenzie values that FAAS is comprised of collaborative and supportive people, where the team makes every project rewarding and engaging. Outside of work, Makenzie is into computers, robotics, and history - he also tried ski jumping once.
