FAAS is a collaborative studio that employs three principle processes into the delivery of projects: rational analytics, harmonics, and big data.


Rational Analytics is the process of exploring, developing, and implementing project information. Our team determines project parameters by gathering contextual data and performing a critical review of the resultant research. The assembled information presents a resource to mine for unforeseen design opportunities.


Only through the harmonized coordination of all the various aspects of design, engineering, management, and construction may a project be expected to reach its maximum potential. Each component requires mastery in order to conduct the whole into something greater than the sum of its parts. FAAS utilizes the concept of harmonics as an architectural process to encourage both established and emergent elements to guide the design and delivery of projects.
